The MindFree app (App) and the content of mindfreeap.com (website) is owned by and the intellectual property of Mind Free Software Pty Ltd. ABN 57 621 995 873 (MFS)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By downloading or using the App, the terms within this document will automatically apply to you. Please read this information carefully before purchasing or using the app. We are offering you this App to use for your own personal use.

No part of this the APP and/or programme may be reproduced, copied or transmitted in any form whatsoever,

Including: electronic or mechanical, photocopying, recording, or by any informational storage or retrieval system including downloads without the expressed written and signed permission from MFS.

The App contains material protected under International and Australian copyright laws. Any unauthorized reprinting, transfer, copying , duplication, cloning or use by you or any person given access to the App and/or website by you by way of business or professional practice of this material is prohibited and illegal. Any use of this material in a public forum is strictly prohibited. All sessions are for private home use only.

You cannot send any content on to anyone else, and you’re not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the App, in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the App, and you should not try to translate the app into other languages, or make modified versions. The App itself, and all the trademarks (common law or registered), copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to MFS.

The App and website is not a training resource for hypnotherapists, life coaches or any persons working in any personal development area. All works including but not limited to images text scripts style sheets layout and code (electronic or otherwise) are copyright.

DISCLAIMER

We recommend you seek the advice of your doctor or medical professional before making any changes to your Diet, Pain Management Program or for any other medical conditions you may be experiencing. We believe that your doctor should play an important role in your health and well-being. Doctors are trained professionals who know what to look for, and we recommend you have a medical check-up if you have not had one for some time prior to starting this or any other lifestyle changes. The MindFree app is not intended to replace the advice of your doctor. By all means, let your doctor know you are following this plan and what it involves, and keep your doctor updated with your progress. If you intend using the pain program in the MindFree app but do not have a diagnosis on what that pain is do not use this program. It is very important you have a diagnosis from your doctor before commencing use of the MindFree app. If you suspect you have any medical conditions be sure to seek the advice of a medical professional. If you suffer from any mental conditions, psychological disorders, or are taking any medication for such conditions, arrange a consultation with your doctor before commencing this or any other changes to your lifestyle.

 

 

LIMITS OF LIABILITY / DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

The authors and publisher of App and website and related written, audio or video sessions have made their best efforts in the preparation of content in this material. The authors and MFS as publisher make no representation or warranties with respect to the accuracy, use, or applicability of the contents of this programme. They disclaim any warranties. The authors and MFS as publisher shall in no event be held liable for any loss or other damages, incidental or otherwise. As always, the advice of a medical professional or your local doctor is highly recommended before making any changes to your mindset, activity or diet.

It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not remove software restrictions and limitations imposed by the apps operating system of your device. It could compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the App won’t work.

If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the App and/or the website, or other third party charges.

By using the App and/or website, you accept responsibility for all charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming.

The app is currently available on Android and iOS. For us to be able to notify you of new regular content on the app and where to find it within the app we will require your email address. We may also contact you in the event of free challenges, giveaways, seminars and retreats. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SALE

We reserve the right to refuse sale of a product at any point up until delivery. In the event that you have been charged for an item that we have refused to sell, you will be refunded the amount charged in full. All App and website contents are not resource products for therapists, life coaches or trainers. If you fall into this category do not purchase any products from us. Please contact us directly to discuss certification as a MindFree Coach.

Orders made by you for products on our website or on our advertisements are not binding on until accepted by us.

REFUND POLICY

Mind Free Software Pty Ltd offers a thirty day refund policy on the App Lifetime purchase.

Under the thirty day refund policy MFS will reimburse you the cost of your app less a 2.5% credit card merchant banking fee if a refund is requested because you have changed your mind or for a reason other than product fault or product failure. The refund only applies to the purchase of the Lifetime subscription purchased on www.mindfreeapp.com  If you have paid by credit card the refund amount will be put back on your card. Once the amount has been refunded on your card it may take up to 14 days to appear back on your card depending on who you bank with. If you have purchased outside of www.mindfreeapp.com please carefully read the refund policy of these providers.

You may not request a refund after the thirty day refund period has expired.

If you have purchased the monthly subscription or yearly subscription your subscription will be cancelled within 30 days of notifying us and no further charges will be accrued. You need to contact us via email with your order Name, phone number, date of purchase, email address and your order number.  We will most likely need to contact you for your credit card details. If you are not satisfied with the App and choose to get a refund or cancel your subscription we want to make this as easy as possible. We pride ourselves on making the obtaining of a refund or cancellation of a subscription easy. If you purchased from us, Mind Free App Pty Ltd, and for any reason you have any difficulty please do not hesitate to call us on 13400 76 00 73 and we will resolve any issue you have as quickly as possible.

If you disagree with any of the terms contained in this agreement, then please do not shop at this website or purchase the App at the Google of Apple app stores.

Mind Free Software Pty Ltd make all reasonable efforts to ensure that information in the App and on the website is accurate and correct, but makes no representations as to the accuracy of the information.

MFS assumes no liability for any errors or omissions contained on the website.
